Aquafit for 2 Aqua-Fitness for women beginning from the 4th month of pregnancy. Keep fit in pregnancy with a specific adapted training program. Pilates for Women - Exercise Class for New Mothers KissSalis Therme once more offers the class “Pilates for Women” specifically targeted at new mothers. It focuses on the body’s regeneration after pregnancy and on regaining the strength of the back muscles. Pilates improves body consciousness and stimulates metabolism. Another key element of the course is relaxation. To allow the new mothers some time for and concentration on themselves, the babies are not present in the class. AUFGUSS EVENINGS (each Tuesday from 5.30 p.m.) We continue to offer our famous Aufguss Evenings in the SaunaPark each Tuesday. For a diversified sauna experience, the aufguss water is spiked with special aromas. Why is KissSalis Therme Called That? When looking for a name for their new spa, the operators of KissSalis Therme made use of an inscription on an antique china figure of an owl: "In Aquis Kissingen salus". That means: "The Kissingen Waters Provide Health". Three syllables from the Latin inscription - Kiss (=Kissingen), sal (=salus) and is (=Aquis) were used to make up the name KissSalis Therme.
